OK, before I months free study, I need to clarify a few things.

1. My entry is a `pseudo HDR` image, that is I dragged the properly exposed RAW in photomatix and let it create the 3 images from there.

Is this legal?

OR...

2. I want to create 3 images from the RAW manually so I can decide how under-exposed/over exposed each shot is, then import these images (3 seperate JPGs process from one original image) into photomatix.

Is this legal?

3. Using 3 in-camera bracketed images to create my HDR (like this weeks challenge). now I feel this is probably the most `illegal` out of all 3.. Is it??

Thanks in advance..
