Have been kinda quiet on DPC lately, as I have been frustrated trying to pull quality out of my A85.

Well, no more of that, I finally was able to purchase a DSLR.



So this is my brand new D70s. I know, I know, an old model, but hey, it will do me good, and I can use it on my vacation this Christmas. Compared to the D100 I am used to using, this thing is awesome! I only paid $15 (CND) more for this than what they were asking for the D50.

Battery is still charging, so no pics yet, might not be able to get any up till Monday as I am gone away this weekend.

Way to go. As a recent arrival in the DSLR world I can honestly say you're going to have a blast.

Picked out your next 3 lens purchases yet? I have.

Lens will be in this order:

Nikkor 18-70 3.5-4.5
Nikkor 50 1.8
Some sort of telephoto
