If you are planning buying a new camera that does not support CF (like nearly all the current PnSs), then yes. The more you can get from your old camera, the more it helps buy your new one. That is unless you have some other reason for hanging onto one or both CF cards. For example you could give one to a friend if you know someone that uses them. Or you could use one as a backup for important files on your computer. It is entirely up to you. That said ... if you are planning on selling the camera on eBay, I would definitely include one of the CF cards with it as a selling point. The other and the reader you can either keep or sweeten the eBay auction with them.
Addition: I was not sure if you had looked yet, so I took a quick look at eBay for 4300s and found that people are getting anywhere from $70-$150 for them. Just thought I would let you know.

I had never thought of using the CF card just as storage for my computer. It's a good idea. But I think I could get some good extra money for it as well. Must keep thinking!
