I have newly registered on this site and have yet to get comments on my shots - would appreciate any input - how to make these shots better, what I did right, what I did wrong...
Here's a couple of my favorites:
(I like this one because the water looks like swirling smoke)

I think the first one would be better without the shadow over the bird. And you might have cropped a little too much off.
The second does look like smoke! That part is very cool. It would be nice if the fish's head was in focus... And the thing at the bottom (I think it's another fish?) is a little distracting.
I like the shallow depth of field in the third, but it might be a little too shallow. I'd like if the thing the ladybug is on was completely in focus, and the background was a little more recognizable. Nice textures though!
