Heya fellow KC dude.

I think you might need to calibrate your monitor. What I'm seeing doesn't even show the signature until I brighten it.

Yeah, I try not to even vote from work anymore. I used to have good monitors there, then they replaced them with LCD suckage.

Odd. I see the signature and I just double-checked to make sure I can see every single gradient square on the bar beneath the challenge images and I can...

Okay, so how does this look to everyone?

too bright, too dark? Maybe it's me...

That looks very nice to me. A nice improvement.

I'll have to jack with it when I get home tonight. Your version looks good, except there is something off on the color of her lips now. They're not that red. But then again, apparently my monitor here is crap.

I think that the blacker dark areas work well and really bring out the highlights nice. My monitor shows it very clean

i don't like the new version of it. i like the subtleness of the light and I wouldn't bump up the light much. a little increase would be nice but not that extreme.

I didn't really mess with the light all that much, I set the black point on the background, lightened her face a bit, and used a diffuse glow on her to smooth her skin (that's where the highlight came from). A little finer level of PP would fix it. This was just a quick cleanup. :/

The image is not WAY too dark... just a bit of a bump up in the midtone levels and you're set.
