I took a gig the other night for a charity event at Dodgers Stadium.
A no brainer. Dodger Stadium?? Duh.
My job was to take pix of rich people, and celebrities batting. There were several stations, this was just one.
I figured I took around 2000 pix that night. My station was one of the more popular ones. People even brought their $400 baseball bats, and batting gloves with them.
Steve Lions was coaching the civilians on how to hit. Some took his advice, most just hacked at the ball like chopping a tree down with an axe.
I am behind a screen between the mound, and home plate.
Look fast, you will miss me. Can you find me?
Oh, yeah, the speed gun is mine at the bull pen station.
Find American Horse, see the speed gun

I can just picture you getting beaned by the ball, since you're not actually behind the fence. *grin* I can just see you with a big imprint of your camera on your face. *grin* |

You can't see it well, but I have a infield screen placed between myself, my gear, and home plate.

Cool. All I see is the big chainlink fencing. |
