That's my sensor. I've circled all the dust on it.
Does that warrant a cleaning? If it does, I'm scared, very, very scared, and need help, lots of help, on how to clean it while hurting my camera the least.

you can better assess the dust on your sensor and what is showing up on your images by taking a shot of a clear blue sky, or other light solid color. The bad dust will be easy to see on the image.

If you need to clean it I recommend the Copper Hill system
