Hmmm... I wouldn't have thought it'd be a DNMC to show hurricane damage for a WIND challenge ...

Well since there is no wind present I can see how people would have an issue with it but the shot is directly tied to wind so I see your point. I think the clear blue sky hurts you. If it was cloudy with a hint of a storm brewing you probably would have gotten a much more favorable result. Although I must say this shot probably didn't have that high of a ceiling to begin with in terms of score, pun intended. :P

I believe the problem is that the damage you show could have been caused by a number of things, but it could have been other things as well like earthquake or demolition. It's not obvious that it's a hurricane damage.
Anyway, it's not that obvious to me that the voters considered it to be DNMC - I think you would have been nhit by a lot more 1's and 2's if that was the case.
