Just to add to what Scalvert said, we are well aware that there are plenty of cases where there are several family members who use the same computer/IP address to access the site. There is no problem with that at all, and we certainly welcome multiple members of a family to participate. The fact that multiple usernames are sharing an IP address in and of itself does not set off red flags for us.

this is crazy! I was accused for having multiple accounts beacuse they think i was trading tens with another user, I've delt with my own suspension but It's not fair that my sister should be punished too! |

Bring the case to the Internet Board of Arbitration and Fairness. |

In that case I'd get your sister to plead her own case, rather than you doing it.
I'd also suggest contacting the site council directly, because airing your dirty laundry in public is not particularly endering. |
