I'm trying to do a color mask for the first time using a fill layer; however no matter what color I pick for the new fill layer, it always shows up as a neutral gray. I then tried to use the bucket tool to manually fill up a layer but for some reason the foreground/background colors doesn't want to be changed. wth?
