Statistics are either lies or damn lies. 25%...1 out of 4?
And if what I read earlier was that 40% of that figure was child on child abuse (ie...a stupid 15 year old boy copping a feel of a 14 year old girl).
I just think when these kinds of stats are used as a leading headline...it is portrayed as 1 out of 4 females are sexually abused there is a picture of an adult male (mainly an authority figure) abusing a young girl 5-15 years old in the most violent of rape scenes.
Any sexual abuse is a tragedy ..no doubt....but when we let statistics be manipulated to swing public opinion in a manner to affect more government...That is when Americans need to tell the information whores to back off.
