 I'm not using a foreign language, I'm using a foreign currency which is referred to by its own name in English since there is no translation available. You wouldn't call an Italian "lira" a "dollar" by way of translation. It's like using "taco" even though it's of Spanish origin. You wouldn't exclude it because it's a foreign word since it is also "taco" in English.
