Opened with a five. Then got a four. Went away hoping that this was not a trend and see it has gone up slightly to a 5.33.

Was really hoping for a 6+, but there is still time.
I just want to say one thing to the voters: It is NOT sensor dust. I know what it is, and yeah, I wish it weren't there either, but it's basic editing, so there was nothing I could do about it. Just keep that in mind while voting. Thank You.

I had such high hopes going in. I tried something other than the obligatory sunrise/sunset, and I think it's definitely NOT going to pay off. and my one comment wasn't even a comment. I think he hit the button by mistake.

as for the number of sunset/sunrises it sort of comes with the challenge. Just like there'll be a lot of flower shots in the bokeh challenge that's coming up. It's something that's easy to photograph to meet the challenge that you don't need a lot of gear to capture and most of us have easy access to. If it were a reflection or refraction challenge there'd be a lot of glass, mirrors and water |
