I am thinking about buy a new Canon Rebel 300D, but I have some questions to someone who have one:
How the autofocus works? I mean, is faster? good or bad? How about the lense which come whit camera?

I got the cam about three days ago, and I LOVE it. The quality is awesome. The autofocus is very fast and very good, even in low light. The lens is pretty good. Not very fast(bright), but a good all around lens. Defenitely wotrh the 100 bucks.
Take a look at this thread with a few samples I took on the first day.

I really scare `causa i have a Rebel G (Traditional) and I dont like how autofocus works.
Do you use a flash to take yours photos?

No. All my shots were without the flash, and all were handheld, no tripod.
I have been testing out the camera on various points, and it's really amazing. The image quality is awesome. You can even go to ISO 800 and obtain very useable images, with almost no noise.
