Check this out -the next gen of IS can eliminate the subject's blur motion too! “We have UV filters. We have polarizing filters. What about time filters?” said senior research scientist Ramesh Raskar at Mitsubishi Electric.
While the prototype costs roughly $500, the researcher predicts the equipment for commercial cameras would only cost tens of dollars when it does become commercialized.
And you can shoot at small apertures with slow shutter speeds and still stop motion!

This is going to be amazing, although they say iy will only be tens of dollars I imagine it will cost much more. Very amazing stuff.
