Okay everyone! Nathan and I got our self portraits in, and believe me I didn't think I'd ever do a self-portrait. We are assuming this challenge will count in the WPL, and we think both of our shots are pretty good. Anybody else in on this one?

Does anyone have any entries in other challenges yet? Neither of us do but I am hoping we can both get one for long exposure tomorrow.

I just submitted my SP - it was interesting doing it and I like its result.

Okay, so that's different from last season. No problem, at least we had a good time taking the shots.

I have the same plan, but haven't shot anything for them yet. Only time will tell!

I just UN submitted a SP..Since it doesnt count..and it wasn't great..I have been working since the announcement :(
Never thought I'd like SP, either, Lorene..But I did the 30 day SP the first time around. I learned soooo much and got so used to my own mug..SP is never a prob anymore..
Neon however, isn't working for me :(

For the record..It is only member and open challenges that count...Free Study doesn't count, neither do any special or speed challenges..

Looking forward to seeing all your pretty faces :)

Well, my SP is at about a 5.3. I was hoping for a bit higher than that, but at least the comments have been kind so far.

On the other hand, my free study is maintaining a 6.4898. It keeps going up to a 6.5 and stays between that and a 6.4. Wherever it finishes, I'm happy! Too bad it doesn't count for WPL though (which I knew from the beginning).

Nathan's SP is scoring something like a 5.8. His free study is staying between a 5.6-5.7. I'm surprised he doesn't have a 6 on either one, really.

BTW, he and I never vote on each other's entries. :o)

I am a little blocked :(( I was going for neon, and nuthin' was working as I hoped, so now I am thinking Reflections....
I have hi hopes for tomorrow

BTW I have heard not a peep from Willagher since we formed our team. I knew she was going to be away, but I didnt realize it was now!

Anyone heard anything???

Its a shame when crayon wanted to be with us sooo badly.....I guess we will have to start short one member...

I have finally submitted to Reflections. I hope its good enough to score at least a 6 (fingers crossed). If I have time, I might work on the neon challenge, but I need to reshoot. We'll see how it goes tomorrow...

OK, I am in for Neon Signs...I am not super thrilled with it, but then again..I don't know anymore!!

I have tomorrow off, so I may do some more shooting...I am quite excited about Black and White. ALtho the "Big" boys are all buzzing about it as well, so I figure it will be a tough one..

My long exposure is at a 4.8 right now. I wish I could trade it with my free study score!

Nathan's long exposure hit a 6 this morning, so at least he's got a good one in for the team. I'm looking forward to seeing what all of you came/come up with for neon signs and reflections. I'm also looking forward to seeing what I come up with!

ok..I entered Neon last night, but it didnt move me...SO I got dressed jumped on the bike and went out at 2 am to do some more shooting...

Now today, upon further reflection and consultation with my mentor, I have decided to stick with the original!!

I should have stayed in my comfy warm apartment!!
