I just posted one in Spots as a back up in case I don't get time to do anything else. I have no idea how it will do. I think it's funny but we'll see. I'll try to think of a rockin' b&w.

i wouldn't worry too much about it (you knew someone would say that, didn't you). different people have different standards of "art," and unfortunately, sometimes they try to *impose* them on everyone else.
i would suggest looking at the comment and asking, "is there any truth or validity in it?"
If yes, you've learned something, yeah.
If no, then move on and remember that opinions (and that is what this is) are like armpits (and other body parts) -- everybody's got 'em, and a lot of them, well, stink. :)

I think they forgot that the challenge is "Neon signs", not "neon art". I'm not done voting, but they all look like signs to me. Karma gives good advice.

i know it was bugging me too much last nite. most of the comments i get are constructive or helpful so i was just suprised by it i guess. holding out high hopes for my b&w.

we go against some BIG guns in the next four weeks.

i am a numbers person (enginerd in a former life) and we are right in there with our team avg of 5.50.
the other teams (by week we play them) are 5.58, 6.12, 5.46, 5.71 and 5.74.
looks like week 2 will be out biggest deal so i better start thinking on head gear and spots...?

| This is a tough league ladies no doubts about it but when you pick up steam you will be OK hahaha we love this division cos if you wanna win then you have to beat the big guns so you may as well do it in the first few rounds.. see you girls in week 4 i think |

No. It's a dismal gray day here in Ohio (I wish I could say that was unusual). Not exactly prime for hdr. I just entered my b&w...it's not horrible. I also entered Spots but that one is just a goof for fun.

blah here too in colorado. so i shot an indoor hdr! i am sure it wont be a dpc winner but at least i learned how to do hdr! now on to spots or headgear....?

I entered B/W...will be SOOOOOOOOOO glad when 'reflections' end tonight...gawd I'm sick of having to look at that 3.3 score(ugggggggg)
Been rainy/cloudy/yuck ALL WEEK/WEEKEND...
not sure if I'm doing the spots or the headgear challenge...but I'll do one of em. One things for sure won't be my scores that do it for our team in WPL :-(
However, I sure am glad to have made the aquaintance of you wonderful ladies!!!!!!!
Very sad by the news of Rose, praying for all of you.
