So, his stuff is ok, but if you look at the "Western Roadside" study offered...there are some really interesting images.
Or not.

| Interesting effects. Is the special effects lighting in the cockpits (aircraft boneyard series) and on the seats etc achieved with portable strobes and coloured gels? It's a bit over colourful for my taste tonight - but I can see a use for the technique... |

I don't think so because most of the stuff is long exposure.
Maybe a hot light at low levels, or a strobeing effect of some sort.
