What about having a thumbnail link to someone's portfolio in the main page refreshed everyday so that we can have a chance to see portfolio's we may not normally get around to. It would be a good way to see photographer's who aren't so active in the forums and who get less views. As well as a chance for those who don't get as many comments to ge more. I know photos that are up on the front page get so many more views then those that take fourth place. What do you think? Maybe set some parameters like they have a certain amount of photos to view.

| That's a great idea. but instead of certain number of photos I think a certain number of challenge entries in the last three months so that we know they are most likely still active participants. |

Yeah I think thats a better idea and rewards those who are atleast checking in here once in awhile.

Or, how about a randomizer? You click on a link and get a random profile.

Yeah I thought that as long as you met whatever requirement was set, be it competing in recent challenges or having enough photos to view, that the choice of which profile is up would be random. But I think it would be nice to have the proflie left up there all day so that people who come in at different times could see it.
Also if you click on the link for photos and go to the bottom, you can see random profiles at the bottom of the page. But that seems pretty buried in the site for alot of people to find.

I like the randomizer idea.
Maybe includes their profile pic?
right underneath the new search feature.

| I agree! There are so many great photographers here who go unnoticed. I know I would be really interested to get to know everyone and their work a little better. |

yeah maybe used there most viewed image as a representative, so that people may recognize it or use their profile pic. |

| I think this is a really good idea aswell. I agree with the featured photographer thingy though, based on challenges entered over a certain time frame, or even login's made? |
