As I've mentioned quite a few times in various other threads, my oldest daughter is an avid amateur photographer. She's been to classes and has taken tons of great photos (she's great at composition).
She is interested in registering for this site and possibly submitting images for some challenges.
My question is this, is it legal for her to vote on my challenge entries (and for me to vote on hers)?
Although she has her own computer, it is a single IP address that is transmitted to DPC when browsing/voting. I just don't want to be DQ'ed or banned from DPC for stacking votes.

Probably not a good idea since she might know what you did and you might know what she did.

Not illegal.Pretty sure that many family members that are users/members have voted on the same computer, but since she has her own it should not be a problem.
Some folks in the same family may go shooting together so they obviously know which image is theirs.

You can vote on each other's if you wish. It's up to you two to determine how objective you can be.
What would potentially get you in trouble, for ex., would be to give each other 10s and everybody else 1s. |

it is not illegal for her to vote on your image.
however, do be aware that if there is unfair vote-swaying, both her account and yours can be banned (up to site admin) |
