Oddly enough, this may well be the case: when I med Doc Sneeze at Cannon Beach, I prepared a Mexican feast for the assembled party, and it included a killer from-scratch guacamole. It's my theory that Doc's avocado consumption was so excessive that it lowered the inhibition-endorphin levels in his brain so drastically that his impulses got the better of him.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

It's highly perishable; shelf life is like 2 hours max. You need to come over here for dinner, When shall I pencil you in?

Only fair to warn you, Robt, I don't do Mexican food - which is unfortunate given I live in Texas. I'm actually a very easy houseguest to feed - I don't eat much of anything. I am, however, very fond of seafood.
Congrats on the new toy, Doc. Do good stuff with it. (As if that ain't gonna happen anyway.) :-) |

Not to worry, the meal was cooked by request. I don't cook mexican food that often, if you exclude quickie quesadillas I make for snacks. Guacamole, however, doesn't need to be in the same category: a good, pure guacamole doesn't have any spicy stuff in it at all; mashed avocado, lime juice, a little cilantro and/or garlic maybe, that's about it.
