Has anyone had any problems with the picture package? I cropped a photo not using any specific measurements and it makes the immage 1/4 of an inch around smaller than it should be. In other cases much more drastic measurement differences. I have even tried cropping it to a specific size and that didn't work either. I really need help figuring this out or to know what other programs would work for layouts.

One of the 'snap to' options under view may be causing this.
