I have a flood of bands that have been coming to me to do some shots. Any advice on picking locations, what makes a good location would be appriciated. I know it is diffrent for every band and everybody, but I would love to hear what you think makes a good location ect... |

A location that reflects the band's personality maybe.
example: A Celtic band that uses traditional instruments or at least plays traditional music could be shot in a wooded area.

Try and avoid cliches...railroad tracks, brick walls. Go creative - neon signs, bars and smoke, night shots - ok, so they're not easy to do, that's what makes them unique!

Lots of it due to Myspace, something I wasn't planning on doing. If you work that site you can really make lots of contacts. |
