A friend of mine wants me to take some shots of a fitness trainer later on today. I have a 50mm 1.8, 18-55, and a 70-300mm. I also have a SB-600 Speedflash for my Nikon D50. Any suggestions?

These are from a photoshoot I did for a gal that was starting up her own business. The first few images are sample business cards that I put together for her (the last one is the one we printed).

Some of the images are good ... others, not so much. But it was all experimental for me too as I had never done these kinds of shots before.

Anyway, maybe the images will give you ideas on what to do (or what not to do, either way!). :-)
