I'm looking to buy a Circular polarizer. Should I get a Hoya or a Tiffen?

Any reviews of either?

Hoya. Even within Hoya there are different grades. Just make sure the one you buy is multicoated. This reduces flare.

I have the Tiffen, it's not too bad. There is some loss of sharpness though, and I would imagine one of the more expensive ones like the B+W or Heliopan would have better color and less flare too.

Is this one any good?

No B+W for me, too expensive.

It doesn't say that it's multi-coated so I'd check on that first. If it isn't then I would go for something else.

looks like it isnt.. what's the difference between a multi-coated and non-coated one? Anything significant for day-to-day use?

The coatings help prevent flare. Also, the higher grader filters deal with reflections better than the lower grade ones.
