Wonder what L&D is going to select as the next challenge topic? Any suggestions before they put one up?

Why don't you just post a list of shots you've taken in the last 4+ hours ... then they can be sure to pick some other topic.

There are now two threads on this topic of lack of topics. I really wish folks would look to see if there's a thread on (or close to) their subject before starting a new one ....

Yeah soft focus challenge would be nice. Instead of all soft focus shots getting lower scores they could win a ribbon with one.

How about dropping the rules for once?

I don't have a specific preference among the two but, without entering a long discussion about it, DP in DPC stands for Digital Photography and that, some how, allows for software creative post-elaboration.

Without considering that admins could go on holiday because there wouldn't be any DQed request! ;)

You've certainly hit on the most compelling reason for allowing a significant relaxation in the current rules. Although, they seem to be on vacation right now regardless ....
