With the longer "Free Study" and expected "Best of 2006" challenges is it considered ok to use images you have had in your portfolio? What about images from the same shoot as ones in your portfolio?

This applies more to the "Best Of" challenge but also to the "Free Study" if I get near the end of the month and find my best is one I've already uploaded.

Note: I'm not referring to a particular image in my portfolio so looking won't give anything away but if you do look feel free to leave a comment ;)

Happens often, that someone has already shared a submission and has it in their portfolio.
I would recommend to anyone to hide it when they decide that is what they want to use for a best of or free study. Generally most folks have a somewhat short term memory loss and can't remember who's it was anyway, unless it is a type of signature style shot that is pretty widely known on the site as to who's it is.

Just don't post it in the Individual Photograph Discussion forum, so folks don't think you are cheating.
