I saw some very nice photographs but in comments the photographer is saying about multiple exposure.

How do you take multiple exposure over one frame?

I think we can do something like, put camera in bulb mode, add lens cap after couple of seconds, update object and remove cap and continue exposure etc. correct me if I am wrong.

Most digital cameras can't do a traditional multiple exposure (some can). You're suggestion for simulating a multiple exposure is one way of doing it.

some cameras can have multiple exposures on one frame without the hassle of using a bulb mode.

Before anyone post about that being "unfair", I think we should just accept the fact that not all cameras are the same.

THATS SO UNFAIR!

You could shoot in complete dark and hand fire your flash or other light source - there's lots of that here on DPC.
