since I pissed so many people off in teh rant about soft focus, i figured i would divulge some info that will make some very very happy. Who knows about academicsuperstore.com???

If you are a student/academic/teacher you can order. Ill give some examples of just how awesome they are. creative suite 2 which includes photoshop CS2, design, illustrator, go live, and acrobat all for $389. MSRP for this is $1200. Exposure for $90.

Check this out. there is a ton of cool stuff for everyone. tons of software and lots of graphic design things.

I don't know about this site in particular, but most of the ones I've looked at homeschooling does count. Sometimes, you have to provide proof of homeschooling though.

Just a question -- when you buy something like this with an educational/educator's discount, can it be used for commercial purposes or will there be something in the license to prevent that?
