Not bad, I picked 2 of the top 3 for this challenge. ;^)
I was surprised to see this image didn't make the top 5...
...still, 13th is pretty darn good.
Had this one picked for top 10...
...finished 59th.
Anyone else have any surprises for the Rope challenge (other than your own)? ;^) |

| Actually, for once I actually picked the three top picks. Usually I am really wrong. Not this time. As long as they aren't dq'd, I did pick right for once. Picked pretty well in STDAvidson too. Two of my top picks got in the two top spots. |

These are selected from from my order of vote. I found them to be satisfying pictures & voted them qualified to make my top 20.

Just looking at the top 20, it seems as though voters had a tough time accepting anything that wasn't a very traditional splintery brown rope. I was afraid of that, actually, and said as much in my photographer's comments before voting ever started, and unfortunately it appears that I was right.

| I'm going to have to look more carefully when voting in the next challenge as I did not vote for any of the top 5, in fact I don't remember seeing the first 2 at all |
