I got the little card in the mail from the Arts Council that I should come and pick up the photo composite I'd had in the juried art show since the show ended over the weekend. I had two photos in the show and the other had sold on opening night.
I got to the Council and wandered into the room where I'd last seen We Are Free hanging. It wasn't there and neither was my name tag. I thought maybe they'd moved it for some reason, so I was off to find the gallery manager.
She told me the print had sold! Someone bought it for an officer's office on Fort Bragg. I'm so proud. Of the THREE works that sold at the show, TWO were mine. The third was another camera club member!

| Shari, that's such great news! It is an inspiring shot and I'm sure that everyone who sees it hanging in the officer's office will have to comment (unless they're at attention!). |

I actually have a student who works in the building it will be in and she's going to find out what officer has it and let me know :).
