| Too bad we cant get one of our photographers to go to the couple's home or a park near their home and get photos of the couple in their wedding finery |

looks like you have alot of helpers....I'm in if needed.
I'm not as good as some of the 'pros' that chimed in earlier, but can get some good results.

hey Christine,
Why not have the bride dress up in her gown and the groom in a nice dark suit and give them a photoshoot?
My husband and I did it 28 years ago 2 weeks after the wedding...
I love those photos to this day.
I'd like to add that i'd be glad to help with any shots. You can see some of my stuff and my email in my profile. |

A responsible photographer would have either been there, Hell or high water. Had that been impossible, the photographer should have made arrangements for another photographer to cover the wedding, even if the photographer had to lay out their own money for that to happen.
I'd be interested to hear what excuse the photographer made for no-showing, not that any of them would justify not showing up.

I live in the Metro Detroit Area and I am looking to break into wedding photography. If you live in the Metro Detroit area, I am willing to donate my time to provide a "wedding" photoshoot for them.
I can give them a few dozen to a hundred or so shots to make their own album with.
