I'm doing the echincae capsules, the zicam nose gunk, and tylenol sever cold/flu meds. My ears feel like their gonna burst, my head is pounding, my throat is raw, and my eyes are dried out from the cold meds. On top of that I'm still dealing with the back injury. So the misture of cold meds, muscles relaxers, and pain pills has my thought process fuzzy to say the least. I just wanna feel healthy again. I need to be healthy - I have a ton of tings to do before my move and only 5 weeks left to get it all done. Anyone want to come help me pack?

awww  glad to hear you are doing what you can to get better. I take airborne when I get sick, I think it works well too for shortening the duration of the cold. |
