I'm going to Europe in 18 days (!!!!) and need a way to charge my battery there. I thought of buying a converter, but they are quite expensive and large. On B&H they have this and includes a 'European Adapter.' Does this mean I'll be able to use this all over Europe? (meaning, do they all have the same style outlets?)

Look on the bottom of your charger. If it says that it's good for 100-240V then all you need is an adapter kit. Usually there are 2 or 3 types of adapters that are in the kit. Radio Shack used to carry them but I don't know if they still do or not. You shouldn't need any kind of converter (step down transformer).

BestBuy has them for $12. You need a converter for 220V, but if your charger already has one integrated, you'll just need different plugs. And no they're not all the same, for example in england you'll find fat triples and elsewhere either slim or fat two-prongs.

thanks!...I'll go look now

edit: Ok, it can handle 100-240v...does b&h sell anything of the sorts?
