A member of my photo club passed this along:

Seems some photographers either have a death wish or are very good high jumpers.

look here to see what I mean. Check the thumbnails for further action.

OMG!

one word comes to mind... idiot.

There's no way the shot was worth the risk.

I'd like to see the shot he took.......Imagine after all that, he sees his camera shook and the shot came out blurry.

weird that his pants change color from the first shot though.

maybe it really is a fake.

Hard to tell. The photographer says he has witnesses.

But would YOU do something that, er, stupid?
be sure to check the thumbs

Haha, that's pretty crazy. I don't think I'd do it with a 900 foot drop beneath it, but if they were just decent sized rocks it's kind of different. Would be nice to have both hands though.

Its obviously fake.

Shot 1: Faded grey/blue jeans and thong sandals, trimmed hair.

Shot 2: Saturated bright blue jeans and boat shoes, bushy hair

Shot 3: Saturated bright blue jeans and thong sandals, bushy hair, contorted, un-natural looking posture for someone trying to hold onto a cliff with one hand.

Add all that to the fact that doing something like that would require complete incompetence and stupidity.

The first picture is real, the second two are fake.
