| I'd like to post some bits n pieces outtakes, but there isn't one in that folder, and you can't create any in that folder. |

Looks like Langdon has addressed the issue for that challenge...
The outtakes threads were recently changed so they are automatically created after voting ends. That's why we can't create them manually in that folder. The Bits & Pieces challenge aparently fell through the cracks... perhaps the bits were small enough to fall thru? ;-)
