I've been playing with the Adobe Web Gallery generator and really like how simple it is for generating proofing or galleries for my website. However, I'm not crazy about the limited layout selection and would to imbed the gallery within my own webpage setup (boarder/buttons etc)

Anyone have any useful info on changing or creating new ones?

TIA, Mel

I've customized one that comes close to what I want by adding a copyright message and other links.

You can copy one of the templates that is close to what you want then edit it or create from scratch and load it into photoshop. I can't remember exactly how I did it (it was a while ago). When I get home tonite I can look at what I did and possibly provide more info.

Here's one of the index pages created. Each picture page has a copyright message and previous and next links added.

How about generating the galley in PhotoShop and then open it in Dreamweaver or another web editor prog and change from there.

The generator creates a page for every image. It would be painful to do that. Possible yes, but painful.

What type of information are you looking for? You can edit the templates with any text editor. They are just regular old HTML with some tokens sprinkled around for functionality. In fact, you'll definitely want to edit them as the code of some of the templates isn't up to current standards.
