Hey Guys,
Would be grateful for some feedback/comments/advice on this shot. Am just learning PS and after following a few tutorials here and picking up a few other bits along the way I tried my hand at the B&W image below.
Here's the original, converted from RAW and resized for here.
And here's the same shot with my limited knowledge of PS....
All thoughts and advice greatly appreciated and if you leave a comment I'll make sure I leave you one back :o)
Cheers :o)

Testing slight rotate. Left you a comment. Border adds a lot but I don't have time to add it like you did.
It seems to have more impact without looking like it is leaning.
JMHO ;-)

Looks good. Only I would possible play with is that banner on the right. Maybe clone it out or tone it down. Desat and b/w makes it a powerful image.

That's a nice B&W treatment you've given that photo. I'm not fond of the colorized flag, because IMO it shouldn't be the center of interest for this photo.
Good work, though.

Best way to rotate is to use the measure tool in Photoshop on something that should be level. You can then rotate in 0.1 degree increments to get things perfectly straight. |

I like it better without the border. Makes for more perspective! Great shot! |

Thanks so much Konrad, as I put in my first post I am only just learning the basics of PS, this is probably something I should have nailed by now, will definitely go practice with the measure tool :o) Thanks again :o)
