I bought ink refills and i refilled my cartridges..the problem is that when i tried to print, some of the roller thing's have clumps of black ink all over them and some dont have any ink. i printed out like 20 pages to see if it would go away, and then i ran out of ink again. So now I cant use my printer because half of the words are missing and the rest is smudged with ink. I did a deep clean through the printer software but I dont know where my manual is for manual cleaning instructions. Any ideas what i can do?
Thanks

Did you try buying new cartridges, on printers that have the printhead on the cartridge (rather than just ink tanks seperate), those printheads are really just designed for one use, I know alot of people have success w/refills, but I never have.
As far as the clumps on the rollers go, you might look for cleaning sheets, they have kinda a tacky surface, all the ones Ive seen say for laser printers, but I know people who have used them in inkjet..
Also, compressed air might help..
