My sister lives in Taylorsville and just told me that she has this really wonderful "mushroom" in the backyard and swears there must be faeries living under it (not really, of course). It is 9 inches in diameter and has grown in a kind of spiral. She has never seen anything like it. Since I am in Seattle, I can't get over there to photograph it although I would love to. If anyone else is interested, my sister would welcome any and all photographers. I would really love to see this gift of nature and we will buy prints of it. Let me know if you're interested.
