I do a lot of concert photos. As anyone who has shot at a live show knows that the lights are a pain or saving grace. my question is more geared towards the smaller venues that have smaller light set ups than say MSG. In most small clubs and bars, the light show is usually dominated by a few red lights in teh back and some color changing lights facing the band.

I have become pretty good at removing the red cast to the point where everything looks normal again, but I wanted some opinions on ways people do this editing. I do it when I convert the RAW file, I usually will do a white point and pick either a skin tone or a piece of white clothing, sometimes a relection on a guitar etc... From there its just minor color adjustments in curves.

Does anyone have any good suggestions on bringing concert photos back to life?
