I am planning to go to NYC sometime in OCT. Where do you guys get your airline tickets? anybody have any links to INSANE deals? I don't care what day I leave on. I just want two weeks there. could be ANYTIME. I was wondering if there is some internet search that lets you put in the month you want to go and the duration of trip and they give you the cheapest flights. I used to have good luck with priceline, but in the last few years they have gone downhill. Any advice?

I go to NYC minimum once a year. I have always used Expedia. But, now that I'm in Denver, I fly Frontier Airlines (going the end of the month, $285 r/t). |

A friend of mine who travels a lot really likes kayak.com for finding tickets. |

hubby used this one for our tickets to Oregon this Summer and got a good deal. We flew from Florida to Oregon at a little over $400 a piece which is pretty decent!
