Are there any plans to address several bugs that exist when using quotations marks (that is, the " symbol) on this site?

I put the title of my "Insects" entry in quotation marks. During voting, the title was never displayed properly in the "My Stats" box. Now that voting is over, my Insect entry title is not displayed at all in my profile.

If quotes are not permitted in a title, then they should be removed or changed to apostrophe's at submission time. If they are allowed, then the areas of the site that deal with titles should be "upgraded" to handle proper quote-quoting.

Another quote bug exists when trying to use them in the "Photographer's Comments" field when uploading a photo -- they show up as ". My guess is that this could be a "search and replace" regexp that is missing the trailing semicolon (;) in the replacement text.

Anyway, I'd like to see these issues corrected...

Note to admins: in the mean time, perhaps my Insects entry can be renamed so that the quotation marks are replaced with double-apostrophe's (to give the appearance of quotation marks)?
