Hello! I'm new to this site, and I was wondering: Can I submit a 35mm film picture into the challenges? I wasn't sure since this is a digital photography site. I have a Canon EOS Rebel K2 SLR, and I would love to be able to submit some of my pics.

edit: btw I just picked the camera closest to mine, since mine wasn't there ;)

Could have a tough time meeting the EXIF requirements. ;^)

From the first line of the site submission rules-
'Any photograph submitted to a challenge must be taken with a digital camera and must follow these standards for submission: '

You're still welcome to purchase a membership and upload your film photos to your portoflio and offer those up for comments - you just can't enter any challenges. You may find that this site is a bit too digital specific for your tastes, though. :)

Also, photo's must be taken during the challenge, so your old film shots aren't going to help!

Go on, get a d-SLR, join the party. bring a kegger!

Thanks! While you can't use your old/film images for challenges, you are welcome to post them for comments.

Welcome aboard! If you do plan to enter a challenge, I'd strongly recommend taking the time to read through all the rules right off the bat. You could spare yourself the frustration of a DQ for the first entry like a number of people have done in the past... :)
