I work full-time with video (mostly conferences, classes, etc), and today someone asked me to shoot a wedding. I told her I've never done it before, that she should hire a professional, etc, but she insisted and said all she wants is straight video on a dvd. It's gonna be a 6h event to cut down to 2h (mostly on-camera, no-editing, although I like that part...). Is anyone here in this business that could give me some ideas on how to charge it?
As I said, I work full-time, so I don't go by rates or anything. I've never freelanced...
