This may be crazy or maybe not. I am looking to see if anyone in Burlington VT or close by who shoots Canon wants to rent me a lens from Friday to Sunday night? I can offer $80. If god forbid anything happened to it, I would pay full retail price.

I am looking for Canon 70-200 f2.8L or similar, it has to be fast.

I found places to rent on line, and the rate is usually $100 for the week for this glass, but the shipping is what kills me. If you need it ASAP, they have overnight shipping, but you need to send it back overnight as well. That means $100 for the glass + $80-$90 for shipping.
