Hi All,

I was testing the tele and wide converter at the shop today and realize that the tele and wide convertor has got a "Dark Ring" around the image when the zoom is set all the way wide..

Is this normal?

On the first two/three steps on the zoom you get vigenetting this happens on most of the P&S Canon`s

If you are talking about just the adapter, then it is vignetting. I know that Canon recommends that when the wide and tele lenses are in place the zoom be at the shortest and longest zoom settings, but I haven't used them myself (yet) so I don't know what happens if you don't do that.
