I have used a couple.

I have the LowePro Off-Trail (don't remember if it's "one" or "two" but it's the bigger one.

Works well for carrying with a 200mm lens on camer, but I did find it a big "tall" for my height anyway (5'8")

I have the LowePro photorunner now, and it's great, but I also don't use my 70-200mm lens anymore. It works well for carrying the camera and two extra lenses. The biggest lens I have now though is the 70-300mm IS DO, which is a compact telephoto. I also carry the Cokin system in there, a couple spare batteries, lens pen, etc. But it's tight for much more. If I have a third lens I want to carry, then I often carry the camera separately (or in an extra, small, shoulder bag.

I've had the LowePro Orion AW for about a year or so and I think it works great if you only have a body and 2 lenses and a few other things. I've never had a problem with it on up to 5 mile hikes either. I just twist it around behind me so it's out of the way of my legs when I'm climbing up hill on a trail. It opens up and away so it's easy to use to swap lenses or get memory cards, batteries or other things out of. It has both a neck strap and belt strap so you can adjust it so your waist supports it but the neck strap keeps it close to your body.

I do wish it was a bit bigger though, but then it might not fit as well. I usually carry my 1DMKII with 24-70 2.8L lens on it, a 70-200 2.8L IS lens, extra battery for the 1D, memory card holder, flashlight (small, towel, lens cleaning stuff, polorizer filter and a few other things in it. When I take my 100-400 I put it on my belt in it's own case. Then after I put the camera around my neck, I'll put the lens in the waist pack so it's handier.

It's a nice bag. I bought mine (all of my LowePro bags) through Canada stores on e-bay. A lot cheaper than going through B&H and got here only a day or two later than they would from B&H. Henery's was one store and I can't remember the name of the other but it has the Shark as a logo. Both stores were excellent to buy from.

can you get the 70-200 2.8 vertical in the orion? Or is it laid down somehow?

The 70-200 2.8L IS will go vertical. I still have room next to it for my extra battery for the 1DMKII, my memory case and a few other things that aren't too thick.
