I still want one with red hair...I do not have blue hair...well except with IR shots..hmmm..okies...leave the blue hair! Just no purple hair!

I do too create websites and I am in this business since 1997. Not long ago for some but Internet is kind of new world.
DPC website looks like custom made. If not all, most of it modified. I do understand some things are not "badabim badabom" kind of fixes.
To have personal icons, programmer probably needs to create another field in members table, and probably another table which related to that field... and some other coding work which would take some time to do.
Each time suggestion comes up, I believe programmer or whoever decide those things thinks if its worth to do it first. and then how easy it could be to implement into the site. The wordiness of the suggestion thought with the easiness of the coding, and probably cued for next version of the website.
Most people thinks "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", but changes are good things sometimes, within some "limitations" so people wouldn't think all the suggestions come true here.
So, I hope my suggestion cued for future revisions of this website. You never know, you might see one of your suggestions done as well...
