I swear I don't live TOO far away to pay a little visit.... anyone have any messages they wanna send to her - I sure have a few!

Guys maybe I am a dumbass, but does anyone know for sure that this was Rose and if so Pm or email me the proof. I never new Rose but Fantasia seemed like a good and decent person to me and I would think that this site would not ban anyone without proof. I know this is not going to win me any popularity contest but I would like to know for my own sake.

Im sure there are a number of ways to tell. IP Addresses, credit cards used (can't put a fake name on those) would just be two that I can think of off the top of my head.

I donĂ¢€™t think SC is about to divulge how these things are detected.

You may want to go back and look at some of the post by Rose and you can see that it was unmistakably her.

My wife signed me up for membership here, used her credit card (the same used for herself), from the same pc I'm using right now.

SC and admins are not going to take kicking someone off the site litely. I'm confident that they had more than adequate evidence to take action and confirm that it was her.

My opinion, if you remember her ranting and raving and everything as rose/espy, then maestro, and now fantasia, compare and there is little doubt in my mind that they are all one and the same person.

Little doubt does not = NO doubt, at least not to the point of ridicule and account suspension. NO ONE has shown or told me anything that would show that for sure Fantasia was Rose. ANYONE, please.

I don't think SC has a responsibility to show us the users why or how they come to a conclusion of this type. To reveal their sources and methods for weeding out abusers could potentailly compromise their ability to do that. Rather than demand proof, we should all be glad in their ability to spot this type of abuse and be grateful that we, the users, aren't expected to do that research ourselves.

Firstly, why do you care so much? If you didn't know Rose, and you saw how quickly Fantasia totally lost her cool, where's your interest in keeping her/them around?

Secondly, the admins can't give up all their tricks, all it does is teach folks how to get around the safeguards.

Thirdly, the guys that own this site have the ability to ban anyone, for any reason. If you don't like it, there is no reason that you have to participate. No point in trying to stir up yet more crap.

I would say i'm sorry for being harsh - but i'm not. I've had a rough week, mostly in Real Life, and i'm truly sick of internet drama. There are so many more important things to get worked up over.

First: I care because I thought she was nice and decent, at least she was to me and as far as I could tell to anyone else that didn't belittle her. I could care less about Rose as I said I didn't know her.

Second: I don't want any secret security measures, I just wanted proof if it was available.

Thirdly: You are right they can ban who they want, I didn't say I did or didn't like it but I do try to live by the golden rule. I think the world could be a better place if everyone so... I participate because I love photography and consider alot of the people here friends. I have never nor will I ever stir up crap UNLESS I think the possibility exists that an injustice may have happened. Then and only then will I stand up and ask for answers, popular or not I would do this for you or anyone else that I thought may be getting treated unfairly. Do I know if Fantasia was, YES because no one deserves to be ridiculed as she was in a public forum by the people in charge. There are short people, fat people, skinny people, bow legged people all here in this community, do I think it is fair to belittle any of these traits (such as her profile name being change to FATasia)...NO espescially by the only people here that could have done it (Site Counsil) If she was indeed Rose then the account should have been terminated in a professional and honorable manner.

Lastly: If you are indeed sick of "internet drama", don't write in the script. As far as I can tell Val, you have added nothing of value to the questions that I asked, so why respond unless YOU are trying to stir the shitpot yourself.

It WAS terminated- several times. She kept coming back and lying about it. If there was any doubt about Fantasia's identity (and there wasn't), she basically eliminated that this morning. I missed the name change thing, but it might have had something to do with Rose annoyingly misspelling SC names in less than flattering ways for a loooong time.

We try to be very courteous and professional in all matters, but if you are permanently banned from this site and insist on sneaking back with lies, don't expect a warm reception. :-/

Actually, i think i added exactly as much value as you're going to get. The admins had proof, they banned her, they've told us this is what was done. She's done this more than once, and that is the only explanation that is given. I'm sorry that you feel like someone that was "nice and decent" may have been mistreated, it's very admirable of you to stand up for the downtrodden. I missed the episode where her name was mispelled, and i can agree that may have been a slight misuse of power. However, you really should check the archives and enlighten yourself as to the absolute misery this person (and i use the term lightly) has attempted to cause on this site, for no apparent reason other than her own delight. Unfortunately, some of her past acts were so malicious that i'm sure the posts have been hidden, so i doubt you'll be able to find the worst of it. Please understand that quite a few of us are extremely happy that she is weeded out and removed when she pops up her thorny little head.

That decision has not, to my knowledge, been made (may have missed it,t hough). Only that "they" are waiting until season 2 is a bit closer to being over.
